“No, if it is a publicly operating business than their religious views should have no jurisdiction on how they do business with the public. If it is a private religious establishment, like a catholic church then they may inform the public that they do not perform same sex marital ceremonies. Denying access and service to the establishment is, however, unconstitutional.”
