“Yes, a privately-0wned business should be able to deny service but the reasons should be documented as a public record so that consumers can know who they are dealing with. Race should NEVER be a reason to discriminate. Also, any business who did not give female employees free and full access to contraception should be a matter of public record. I would always boycott a business that discriminated/ denied services based on race, sexual orientation, or their religious beliefs.”
