“Provide no less than the current benefits but aggressively prosecute those engaged in Medicare fraud. Those rightfully convicted of Medicare fraud should be banned from program participation for a minimum of ten years, and some instances forever. Additionally, the punishment should be more stringent than at present and should be enforced.”
