With the threat of China in the Pacific Region, I am going to say increase military funding, particularly for the Pacific Region and NATO. The military could also be restructured so that a Space division in partnership with NASA can also be established. The so-called Space Force could be based in a new U.S. military space base orbiting the earth, similar to the I.S.S, but be used for Military space research as well as capture satellite images of different countries, thus allowing for detailed planning and birds' eye view of military mobilization in other countries, allowing the U.S. to be one step ahead in the game. This could allow the U.S. Government to Spy on high-security threat areas, such as North Korea, China, Russia, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, etc.
