“pro life after conception.”

The result of fertilization is an embryo, not a fetus. That organism has less consciousness or capacity to suffer than a cow or pig. In order to be morally consistent, I'd expect a pro-life person such as you should also be vegetarian.

The result of human fertilization is a human being. Our genetics are set immediately when dad's sperm meets mom's egg and all that is needed is time and nutrition. The powerful presuming the right to take a vulnerable human life based upon her age and location is tyrannical.
