I think it depends on the age. If y'all are both the same age or at least a year difference, with consent it shouldn't be punishable until it's actual rape. If I am 18 and my 17 year old girlfriend gave me consent to have sex with her is shouldn't have to spend time in jail. But if someone was 18 having sex with someone 13-15 then yes, that's statutory rape.

If its a one year difference like 18 and 17 and with consent then it shouldn't count as statutory rape but if its with like a 14-15 year old then it should be classified as statutory rape.

Yes the law criminalizes all forms of rape of men or women, including spousal rape, but unlike other rapes is not a “public crime”.

US doesn’t have to allow immigrants with child brides. It is our country & immigrants need to follow our laws or stay home.

If you are married it changes the whole story, yes there should still be rules on it but if they are married it is there’s and there’s only.
