everyone should pay taxes, even if you are illegal. but that still doesnt give you the right to vote.

They are paying taxes the same as everyone else they deserve the same opportunities as long as they have not been convicted of any felonies.

People who pay taxes should be offered the same rates as others no matter who they are, if they consider themselves American, who is the government to stop them.
