Many people against abortion who claim to be "pro-life" do not understand that abortion is an alternative for birth and not parenthood. You can not agree with the idea of abortion but still agree with the right for the person to choose if they want an abortion or not. It seems like you are really more anti-choice or pro-birth/forced birth than you are pro-life. And if you think they should put it up for adoption, our adoption system is very flawed, so why don't you fix that and then come against me with a stronger argument.

Most pro-lifers agree... "abortion is an alternative for birth and not parenthood" on this we agree. Once a baby is conceived mom and dad are parents, whether they like it or not, that's basic human reproduction. Abortion, is the alternative to birth, by ending the life of the child prior to birth; just as infanticide is the alternative to a child becoming a toddler.
