Should the federal government increase funding of health care for low income individuals (Medicaid)?
Those who are employable, and able to work, should be able to offset some of the costs through the Affordable Care Act. If someone's income is too low, financial assistance is available as much as no cost to the insured. I do, however, believe that the benefits should completely cover the needs of anyone over the age or 65, or those disabled to the point they are unable to be gainfully employed.
