Not only will it raise prices, like it's already doing (writing this in November of 2021), but the source of the wages problem lies in the currency itself.
Just to equal the purchasing power of $1 from when the Federal Reserve Bank began to mint the US Dollar, you need approximately $27.94 as of the day that this comment was written.
So instead of pointing the finger at Wages, why are you not instead wondering where the purchasing power of our money went, which is the heart of our monetary woes??
