I hope you call them out if they all backtrack purely because of trump, if he were to come out against cluster bombs

the excuse offered by Biden admin is that they've been running low on other munitions, to require them to use the nasty cluster munitions. But their failure to assure that they would switch back to other munitions, once a new supply comes in, makes clear that the excuse is a ruse
