Tucker: "I would think that you would have greater concern for religious liberty in Ukraine, and I'm surprised by your answer."
Pence: "I told you I raised the issue of religious liberty."
Tucker: "No, you spoke to one person who is clearly on one side of it, and there are many many news reports that are not disputed by anybody that many clergy have been arrested in Ukraine. And I'm merely saying, I may not agree with their views I'm not Russian Orthodox, but you can't arrest clergy for having different views, period. Because if you do, you violate the basic tenet of religious liberty."

He's right to grill him because "Ukraine wins, Russia loses" isn't a plan. No real answers to the important questions have been given and we have good reason to question what the endpoint of all this is, how much it's going to cost and if Ukraine can "win" at all.

Why on earth would we want to reward Pution for invading Ukraine? All that would do is ensure future invasions of the other former soviet states that haven't yet joined NATO.
@JudiciaryJerky10mos10MO
Would you want a China NATO in Mexico and Canada? NATO is encroaching on Russia it isn’t the other way around. No I’m not a Russian sympathizer, I just see with an open mind.
@EnragedSocialJustice10mos10MO
A better equation would be to ask if we'd provide aid for Mexico and Canada if China invaded them or if China invaded the countries directly to the south of Mexico.

China is being welcomed in South America, that’s why our CIA helped with the Brazilian election for Lula. It’s not hard to see where Canada lays, Trudeau already said he admires China. Why is it always American taxpayers that have to work for foreign countries?
@SenateCheeseRepublican10mos10MO
NATO has been in wars for decades. Why on earth would any country allow NATO to station troops and nuclear weapons near the country’s borders?

Mike Pence understands where the money is…
@Partis4nOrangeRepublican10mos10MO
Unbelievable how terribly bad Mike Pence was
@LibertyCordial10mos10MO
There’s a reason the GOP establishment desperately wanted Tucker Carlson off the airwaves: as his questioning today shows, he’s a one-man wrecking ball against garbage establishment talking points and neocon ideology.
@LeopardPenelope10mos10MO
I’d have expected nothing more than what I just saw from Benedict Pence.
Tucker clearly asked him a tough question and Pence was bound-up, and began to seethe under his skin at Tucker’s honest search for a truthful, non-political answer, that Trump would’ve said in 2sec
@SpiritedLeftLane10mos10MO
Tucker took Scott and Pence out in one day.
