Looks like a Stroke. Frozen in place, can’t speak, eyes are distressed

Or Petit Mal sezuire. I'm guessing that over a stroke just due to bilateral facial symmetry. Very very well could be a stroke though. I would bet roughly 95% on one of the two. Either way, it was definitely not normal.
