Although racism will never go away we don't need to be teaching children, especially those in lower grades such as kindergarten about the in-depth version. If we did teach children such things they will grow up hating themselves or others just based on the color of their skin. We should leave it up to the parents to decide what the child should learn. If they decide that they want to learn about critical race theory then they can wait until they are an adult.

Just because some people will choose to be racist doesn't mean we can't eliminate structural racism.

Why would that happen? That's the opposite of how that works.

That is exactly how the parents' racism is perpetuated.

You could argue this about any school subject, so what's the point?
