It is not her body, it is a separate one, and excluding cases of rape, she consensually put it there and should have to deal with the consequences of her own actions, practice abstinence, why do men have to step up but women can choose to get rid of their “problems”, sounds mighty hypocritical. Also the whole “women should get to decide when to bare children” they did decide. When they had sex they accept the risks. This is one of them, they can either man up (oh I’m sorry do you want me to be a feminist and say women up? This is a female by the way) or they can give their child a chance through adoption.

That is her body, and the fetus is relying on her body to survive, so if that fetus can’t be self dependent if born right then, then I see no issue with just stopping the progress there. It’s the parents choice, the same way as vaccine mandates aren’t required, because you can’t force someone to go through a traumatic birth unless they choose to. It is one of the other, bodily autonomy, or regulation.
