There are many people who work

Most of them are high school students working at low-paying jobs. Students aren't required to work, but most do due to certain circumstances. Some have to in order to support themselves or even their families. The problem is, that most jobs that hire young people, do not pay well. Yes, you could argue that it is for the experience but some are actually in need.
