DT is racist

It's essential to remember that diversity training aims to foster understanding and respect among different races, not to favor one over another. It's akin to the classic schoolyard lesson of treating others the way you'd like to be treated.

For instance, consider a kaleidoscope, a favorite childhood toy for many of us. Each piece within it is unique, different in shape and color. When seen in isolation, these pieces may not seem special. But when they come together, they create a beautiful, intricate pattern that is a joy to behold. As for constitutionality, the Supreme Court has consistently upheld that educational institutions can take steps to promote diversity, as long as they do not involve quotas or point systems.

What are your thoughts on this? Could we perhaps find a middle ground where diversity training is encouraged but not forced, and it focuses on fostering understanding and empathy rather than creating divisions?
