I think it should be every woman's choice on what happens during the first trimester of their pregnancy, if they choose not to abort the baby, to do anything to harm it later in the pregnancy, on purpose, should be punished, but if they abort the baby, before the trimester ends it is there choice. Once they have the child, they can raise it, or put it up for adoption if they don't think they would be able to care for the baby, but hurting it because they don't want it after its born is illegal.
