Newsom was blaming a federal court order that prevented him from getting rid of the homeless, is this true?

It's always more and more excuses with Newsom.

My plan is incredibly simple and effective.

Work with property developers and construction groups to put up as much quality and affordable permanent housing as possible all across the state. Then, we must work to get the homeless population off the streets and into permanent housing, or rehab if they need it.

We need to work much harder to get people off the streets. I see it as a positive investment back into our economy, as these people will eventually re-enter the workforce, which will positively affect the economy of the state and the nation if we do so in the amounts that I plan to set as minimums.

Where would you put the homeless?

Either seize the unused homes away from property owners or just build public housing...

If the situation were to get dire enough, I would consider the option of seizing unused property, but my primary plan is to develop new properties in collaboration with property developers across the state, which can make a powerful combination of the experience of property developers and the funding & authority that the State has to ensure it succeeds.

That is a good question.

I plan to work directly with property developers and construction groups all across the state as well as direct resources from the State which will allow us to build record numbers of affordable housing in existing cities and in new, developing areas across the state as well. The program for reintegration into society will nullify local-level plans such as Karen Bass' Inside Safe plan, which has failed monumentally. My program would be a more mandated and guided program that promises results rather than opportunities for political PR at the expense of the public's safety.
