The government needs to protect the baby's right as well as the women's and provide resources to raise a child. Science says the baby is living and abortion is murder. It is also a sin according the bible. Women shouldn't be able to kill a baby and get away with doing it.

The baby doesn't need to consent because it doesn't have that right, since it is using someone else's body. Just like anyone else, the baby doesn't have the right to use another person's body without their consent, so if the mother does not consent to allowing this baby to use her body for pregnancy, then she has every right to stop it from continuing to do so. Someone who is violating your bodily autonomy doesn't get a say in anything you do, and you do not need the consent of someone violating you to take action to stop them, even if it means they die.
