Israeli forces carried out a targeted operation against Hamas “in a specified area’’ of Gaza’s largest hospital, hours after the White House backed Israeli assertions that Palestinian militants are running military operations from the enclave’s hospitals.
The Israeli military said that it launched “a precise and targeted operation’’ in the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. The White House had earlier cautioned Israel not to carry out airstrikes against the hospital.
Hamas said in a statement that it holds Israel and President Biden “fully responsible” for the raid on Al-Shifa hospital.
The Al-Shifa hospital, which Israel and the U.S. say is being used as a major center of operations by Hamas, has become one of the focal points of Israel’s war to root out the militant group. Hamas denies that it uses the hospital to fight Israeli forces.

The Israel/Hamas Conflict is nuanced, and has been in full tilt tince the British gifted the land to Israel in 1917, better known as the Balfour Declaration and Britian pleged to establish a home for the Jewish People. Hamas is using tactics to play the victim and in this headline context is missing. Hamas has built underground tunnels underneath the hospital and are currently draining the back up generators of there power while blaming Israel for War Crimes. The attack happened because Israel and an Arab nation were in finishing peace talks and working towards a partnership. Iran did not approve this and sent Hamas to distract the world. Iran funds Hamas.
