Any unborn human child is a person and should be protected from violence by the same laws and standards applying to any person outside the womb.

But that still wouldn't limit abortion because even fully grown adult humans don't have the right to use other people's bodies without their consent, so a baby using your body against your consent obviously doesn't have that right either. Your argument doesn't even work here...
