How might a community's approach to homelessness reflect its values, and what would you suggest as an ideal solution for all parties involved?

Depending on the opinion of a huge group community, this may relect what they belieeve in and I suggest homeless people be offered better opportunities for jobs and housing

i think that if housing is offered and the homeless person denied it then that becomes a personal problem not a community problem. i would suggest giving as much help as possible but at the end of the day people will make there own decisions.
