yes because i think that in certain places people dont wanna have to go to the nearest mcdonalds or starbucks just to get a bar of connection.

No, there is basically free internet everywhere, why would we take rich people’s money? That’s dumb and not the solution, just make them actually pay their taxes and not make loopholes

yes. I was very disappointed when we didn't have a golden era of internet access around the globe during the pandemic when everyone was forced to do everything remotely. we could have had a dawn of accessible internet in the USA at the bare minimum. Japan is the same size and they have been doing internet/cell tech for way longer than us. The fact that so many Americans live in poverty and do not have access to free internet and communication is a travesty and inhumane.

No, because those rich people worked to be rich and therefore shall not be affected due to the less fortunate.
