Disney announced they were going to do a lobbying campaign against a state priority, that's just politics 101, nobody does that. Same reason Hollywood never threatened to boycott GA over our abortion ban, they have $1 billion in tax credits they'd be risking

It's wrong for the government to retaliate against businesses.

How do you think Disney got the special district in the first place? They filled out a job application? They went through a serious campaign of influencing and bribing officials. There's a book about it called Married to the Mouse.

Disney thinks it's perfectly legitimate when they bribe government officials to give them special favors but thinks it's totally out of bounds when the check doesn't clear and they don't get the favors anymore.

Hey Iger, you know what is Anti-American, being a business in The USA and having all of your merchandise made in China only to be shipped into The States and sold at a premium. Profits first, America Last.

Disney's special government district was anti-American. You don't let corporations rule themselves.

Corporate America considers it "anti-business" to not give business special favors
