The US and Britain helped Ukraine carry out deadly strikes on the Russian border city of Belgorod, Moscow’s envoy to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, told the Security Council on Saturday.
Russia requested an urgent Security Council meeting after Ukrainian forces shelled Belgorod earlier in the day, killing at least 22 people and injuring more than 100.
In his remarks, Nebenzia described the shelling as “a premeditated act of terrorism against civilians,” arguing that Kiev’s Western supporters share responsibility for the deaths.
“The West is complicit in the crimes committed by the gang [in power] in Kiev,” the diplomat said. “We know that British and American consultants were directly involved in the organization of this terrorist act.”
He warned that “the organizers and perpetrators” of the strikes will “be punished.”

The Ukrainians are now committing terrorism. Rather than aim their artillery at Russian forces on the battlefield, whom they’re losing badly against, they’ve decided to target the city of Belgorod with cluster munitions, killing over 20 people including children and injuring hundreds more.
These civilians were preparing for New Years. Why is anyone funding this?

You can not win a war with one arm tied behind your back. Ukraine is fighting for their very existence. Russia bombs Ukraine cities regularly!. So Russian cities are now targets. That's war. It can never be sterilized. See Dresden, Germany in WW2.

WE should not be funding Ukraine. It's a hopeless conflict and they're hopelessly outnumbered and a lost cause. At this point we're just prolonging bloodshed and adding fuel to the fire and increasing human suffering by funding them, all in a time of terrible debt. If you support this you need to ask yourself, why?

Firing missiles at civilians in the city deserves condemnation.
Russia is no better either because it has done the same thing more than once.

According to the Budapest Memorandum, the United States, Britain, and Russia agreed to guarantee Ukraine's security in exchange for Ukraine dismantling its nuclear bombs. Russia is fully responsible.
