We must continue arming Taiwan up to defend itself.

Taiwan and Ukraine are entirely different. If China takes Taiwan, it has a direct path to Hawaii. Japan and Australia have mediocre navies so the best option is to continue arming up Taiwan and preparing for the worst.

2024 is going to be a wild one.

Joe Biden’s Afghan Surrender has many consequences.

If I were an adversary, I’d make my move before the BIG ORANGE MEAN MAN comes back.

I don’t want anything bad to happen but that’s my prediction.

 @ResilientC4pitalistDemocrat from Wisconsin commented…4mos4MO

Ya…trump was sooooooo mean that; Putin put bounties on American servicemen in Afghanistan, and trump did NOTHING!!

Just like he did about getting the U.S out of Afghanistan…NOTHING!!

He was correct to withdraw from a war that has accomplished nothing and cost a trillion dollars. If you disagree with that move then apparently you have abandoned what used to be a policy dear to democrats – peace with the world. And that's frankly just sad to see.

 @9HSS9G3 from Michigan commented…4mos4MO

The obvious ramifications of that event will be dire to global economy & peace efforts

We should not give any funds to any foreign nations or wars, especially at a time when millions of illegal aliens are pouring across our border and we're saddled with debt and endless deficit spending. It's ludicrous. We are on the brink of World War III and still flushing hundreds of billions down the toilets of Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. Are you ready for the federal government to fund a three-front war? I'm not.

Also this whole "Communist China" scare is a hoax, since communism is in reality a form of anarchism. Communists believe that socialism, which is unlimite…  Read more

China will go to Taiwan before the next US Presidential election.

China can not risk a strong leader being elected in the US, so they will go attack Taiwan before Joe Biden is voted out.

  @Patriot-#1776Constitution from Washington commented…4mos4MO

Trump I hope will be wise enough not to send Taiwan hundreds of billions of dollars like Biden wants to.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

Well if we want China to be imperialist, let’s let them take over the South China Sea while we’re at it.

  @Patriot-#1776Constitution from Washington commented…4mos4MO

it's not our job to get involved in foreign wars unless the homeland is directly attacked. 100b for Zelensky means the average American family of 4 has paid $1500 for the Ukraine war, families of six have paid over $2000. If you would like to pay thousands more for imperialist dellusions that only prolong human suffering, then continue to vote as you do. But if you think you know how to spend your own money better than Biden does, stop for Heaven's sake.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

Okay, let’s have a thought experiment, shall we? Say we do NOTHING about any wars or conflicts. What stops China, Russia, or the rest of the world from invading who they choose? Nukes? No one would be willing to pull the trigger if they just invaded non-nuclear countries. The very USSR you and I both fear would easily reform, and no one would have the stupidity to pull the nuclear trigger, because if they did, the world would burn. We’d have two worldwide options: nuclear annihilation, or imperialist expansionism. Some regulating force has to exist, or we will all burn. If they…  Read more

Taiwan makes a majority of advanced computer chips and computers would become a lot more expensive.

China sees the US as no longer of a protective force, see russia for example.

 @9HSVKJK from Delaware commented…4mos4MO

The government should refrain from involving itself in the affairs of China and Taiwan, risking worsening relations with China, a powerful country which the US unfortunately relies on so heavily due to the cheap manufacturing and importation of products

 @P0l1cyBillRepublican from Wisconsin commented…4mos4MO

Xi’s remark should be taken seriously. CCP will make every effort to deter US influence over Asia.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…4mos4MO

In your opinion, what is the value of self-determination for a community or nation, and how would you feel if that right was threatened?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…4mos4MO

What are your thoughts on the use of force for reunification of places with distinct identities, and where should the line be drawn between sovereignty and unity?

  @Patriot-#1776Constitution from Washington answered…4mos4MO

China is wrong to attack Taiwan, but we would likewise be wrong to steal innocent people's money for the funding of another international war.
