Will the Supreme Court Keep Trump off the Ballot?

 @WakefulFlamingoLibertarian from Ohio commented…4mos4MO

The Supreme Court should decide in favor of Trump because his Constitutional rights to a presumption of innocence and due process were flagrantly violated by Colorado and Maine.

If the Supreme Court decides AGAINST Trump, look for red states to remove Joe Biden from their ballots for his intentional violations of U.S. immigration laws!

Presumption of innocence and due process are only relevant in matters of civil and criminal law. Your constitution’s disqualification of Trump is a matter of constitutional law, so those factors do not apply.

The Colorado Supreme Court asserts that Trump violated his oath to our constitution. That makes his disqualification under it a matter of constitutional law.

Nothing says “saving democracy” like throwing your opponents off the ballot—including Joe’s Democratic challengers in Florida and North Carolina. Aside from setting a truly dangerous and ill-conceived precedent, the hypocrisy is breathtaking to behold. Sadly, the media is allowing “democracy to die in darkness.”

The attacks on the former President are only a part of an ongoing plan. Who gave $150 billion to Iran, who refused to stop ISIS, who doubled our debt, who is behind the drugs and insane open border, who crushed the Tea Party's free speech with the IRS, and who through Joe is using our government to interfere and attack our constitutional elections?

For the thousandth time, Joe Biden did not rig the 2020 election. Donald Trump has been recorded trying to force votes to show up in Georgia. His own supporters in his inner circle have been jailed and convicted of felonies, and he is next in line, not because of an unconstitutional shadow government, but because he openly committed crimes.
