Look, somewhere along the line, every American has or knows somebody who got abused by the legal system. They know about dirty cops, speed traps, politically and economically motivated judges and prosecutors. That does not mean they are against law and order, effective policing and honest adjudication. It means they understand lawfare. Americans can clearly see what is going on here. Trump and everyone around him are in the crosshairs of that politically motivate lawfare. Trump’s GOP opponents, like his ignorant supporters, apparently bought the lie that Biden masterminded Trump’s myriad legal troubles and could remove him from the race with a wave of his hand. The reality is, Trump has weaponized the court cases against him to great political effect.

If they (DOJ, Biden, Democrat judges) can weaponize the justice system on a former president, imagine what they would do to you if you want to protest the government (unless, of course it's for Gaza). We are now witnessing the Jan 6 attendee's after 3 years still being held in prison for simply being there. To prove bias is alive & well Ray Epps received a 6 month sentence...does that seem equal justice?. Save your breath if you are going to say it was insurrection, no one was charged with that because it just isn't true.

Yes, because certain attendees did different things. Not everyone that stepped inside the capitol got 3 years jail, many even left with few consequences at all. Trump has openly stated he wants to weaponize the DOJ, often, constantly, and blatantly. Biden has not, he’s not been at the helm of the DOJ for this trial, he’s not the weaponizer, but trump will be, trump was before, and he keeps trying to weaponize the court even now.
