1) Biden on border talks: If that bill were the law today I'd shut down the border right now and fix it quickly and bring a bipartisan bill that would be good for America and help fix our broken immigration system and allow speedy access for those who deserve to be here.

Biden already has the authority. Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The validity of that particular provision has been reaffirmed in multiple Supreme Court cases, most recently in Trump v. Hawaii (2018).
