This entire agreement is stupid, Republican are saying, "We'll let you send another hundred billion to these foreign wars that prolong human suffering, IF you send a little money to our border!" You'll notice both sides want endless spending like there's no tomorrow. "I'll let you spend if you let me spend," McConnell is saying to Biden. What a slimy career politician both those morons are! Biden should not be able to make bad decisions just because he can't get what he wants from congress a president is suppose to work with congress not against it. He's not running this country alone so he needs to stop acting like it.

Biden already has the authority. Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The validity of that particular provision has been reaffirmed in multiple Supreme Court cases, most recently in Trump v. Hawaii (2018).
