Kennedy isn't having trouble to get on the ballot. He's already on NH and has campaigns in all 50 states (this is a boon for his organizing).

He is having trouble getting on the ballot. And it won't matter. He's not going to win a single state.

Too early to tell for the States, but he will be on all 50 ballots. It is not that difficult. I worked three presidential races, including the LP with Johnson in 2012. I'd say Kennedy's chances of getting the nom there are less than 5%, he's just reaching out for voters.
