Israeli PM Netanyahu says in a press conference that war in Gaza will continue until “victory” is achieved, one day after receiving Hamas response to truce deal.
Netanyahu dismissed a Hamas counterproposal for a cease-fire, saying on Wednesday that an Israeli victory in Gaza was “within reach.”
“There is no solution besides total victory,” Mr. Netanyahu said during a news conference in Jerusalem, shortly after meeting with the U.S. secretary of state, Antony J. Blinken, to discuss peace proposals.
“If Hamas survives in Gaza, it’s only a matter of time until the next massacre.”

Israel is fighting for its survival and the IDF is made up of teachers, CPA's, chefs, software developers, etc. The people! Hamas propaganda has been carefully planned and executed. The facts are: Hamas must be destroyed and only a fool would expect them to govern themselves. Note: There are two Gazas: One above ground and one below with hundreds of miles of sophisticated tunnels that cost hundreds of millions dollars if not billions, tens of thousands of trained terrorists, and living accommodations, and 2500 entrances. And, they don't give a damn about the Palestinians.

The Arab despots have been using poor, oppressed Palestinians as political fodder for years. Yet they won't take a single refugee. Let Egypt, Saudi and Jordan govern Gaza as a protectorate and finally effectively deal with terrorism and Iran. Time for them to get their hands dirty.
@GiddyNegotiationGreen3mos3MO
This genocidal madman will set Israel and the world on fire just to delay his inevitable removal from power and the consequences from a pending corruption court case against him.
Could not have said it better myself. He needs to be removed immediately. World stability, sustenance and peace depends on it.
@GiddyNegotiationGreen3mos3MO
It is epic that he still is unable to defeat Hamas with all the Empire backing 4 months later. That is the pill he can't digest.
@BoastfulLobbyist3mos3MO
He knows that his legacy is that even with all the power, money and time behind him he will be remembered as a leader that could never bring peace for his people.
@C0nsensu5LeoDemocrat3mos3MO
This + the Saudi statement yesterday calling for Palestinian state before normalized relations seems like pretty major change in posture powers in regards to this conflict. Alarming? Yes.
But, oil and gold not worried. So I think more rhetoric than actual risk.
