This is what Liberals like to call multi-culturalism , and I like to call the end of America. Unlike countries with homogeneous constituencies, we are a land of people who believed in the American way of life. Once that cohesive belief is gone, you no longer have a country.

Our identity is bound by land, that’s it. The moment we try to draw borders inside our own country, we desecrate the very culture we claim to love. The “American identity” is entirely based off of other countries, as we are not natives to this land. As such, whatever new culture comes in is a continuation of the same things as before, just from a different source. If we have to decide what culture is and isn’t allowed, we page a dark path. We define our culture by the mixing of other cultures, and the most desirable one is chosen by what has the most positive effect upon all of us. That’s something people debate, and that’s fine, but we do not get the right to attack others either via deportation or physical violence to “purify” a culture. This same language is echoed so often in our own congressional chambers by Christian’s and Muslims alike, just for different groups, so instead, let’s work to debate these issues and understand their point of view before much else. Some ideals may be inexcusable, I get that, but if they are, they will naturally fall below as they do not bring the most happiness to the most people.
