Iran has given Lebanese terror organization Hezbollah the green light to escalate its attacks along Israel's northern border, the Arabic Post reported on Wednesday, citing high-level Iranian and Lebanese sources.
The Islamic Republic has reportedly set conditions for Hezbollah, ordering it to launch a large-scale attack on Israel only after it "had become certain of Israel's intention" to carry out an invasion of the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
As per the report, Tehran gave the go-ahead amid fears that, after the IDF completes an invasion of Rafah, southern Lebanon "will be next."
The meeting between the two was reportedly held at the request of Nasrallah, who called for the "necessity" of holding an emergency meeting after "information was obtained" indicating Israeli intention to launch a large-scale assault on Hezbollah in Lebanon.
"Hassan Nasrallah told Qaani that the attack is likely to be very imminent, most likely in the month of Ramadan, or with Israel’s invasion of the city of Rafah," an IRGC source told Arabic Post. "Nasrallah said that he is completely certain of [Israel's] intention to launch a large-scale attack on Lebanon, and he asked Qaani to give him complete freedom in how he intends to attack," another diplomatic source in Iran said.

Israel must tell the Lebanese government if the attacks from Hezbollah do not stop within 48 hours the gas deal agreed between Israel and Lebanon a year ago will be over.
Without the gas deal the Lebanese economy, already on life support, will collapse, as will Hezbollah.

Likely not. We learned from Hamas that governing, money and negotiations don’t work. Hezbollah like Hamas will use civilians only as Human Shields and for PR. This strategy of Iranian proxies has been so successful because it leaves these terror proxies intact and able to expand their terror franchise opening new fronts and extending the hand of the evil Iranian regime. The Biden Team woke left military doctrine is completely the wrong tool and ineffective. You can’t use the wrong tool and expect to get the job done. Hitting empty buildings and signing worthless agreements like the UN resolution signed and then immediately broken by Hezbollah won’t solve the problem. Hezbollah needs to face the same defeat and fate as Hamas.

Hezbollah shares the evil ideology as Hamas, cannot be negotiated with and should share the same fate as Hamas. October 7 showed exactly what the Iranian proxies are and why Hezbollah must either return to Iran or be defeated. Peace will only come from strength in the Middle East.
@G3rrymanderJoshRepublican3mos3MO
Israel should make a CLEAR, UNAMBIGUOUS PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT that if Hezbollah launches such an aggression Israel WILL consider itself AT WAR WITH IRAN and ACT ACCORDINGLY WITHOUT FURTHER WARNING.
@NeedfulConstitutionVeteran3mos3MO
I think a couple of Bunker Buster bombs dropped on Iran's underground nuclear centrifuge sites should send them the right message.
@JellyfishBertDemocrat3mos3MO
Israel has been surrounded by enemies for 75 years who are constantly seeking to destroy the country, and even all Jews. And yet, the traditional media, the UN, etc. seek to blame Israel. There has never been a country or a people so hated for so little cause. What happened to "never again" that the world promised after the Holocaust?
@9KFJLTR3mos3MO
I think that the war should stop and Israel is wrong.
@9KFCYLT3mos3MO
I wish U.S. could just provide any civilians who suffer with humanitarian aid more.
@9KFBM2J3mos3MO
The attacks on israel are getting complety out of hand . There are women and children suffering from the war. It should be abolished as soon as possible .
@9KF2TTZ3mos3MO
