Can political support for certain policies or criticisms equate to hating an entire country or religion?

I think people shouldn’t be catorgorized by their groups, but by their values.

What does it mean for a political party to 'hate' a country, and is it fair to make that accusation?

 @9KYLT8N from Kansas commented…2mos2MO

When a party shows no one as voting outside the party, in lockstep, or not bringing an issue to the table in order to help their current candidate's run for an office, I think it's fair to paint them with a broad brush as hating the country.

 @9CWDKC6Progressive  from New Jersey commented…2mos2MO

The idea of a political party "hating" a country is very complicated and requires a lot of research on their policies and stances towards a country.

 @9KYKPVD from Georgia commented…2mos2MO

Political parties should show respect and be the example of the citizens, therefore I do not think they should hate anyone.

 @9KYGGX3 from Michigan answered…2mos2MO

I think it just means a political party does not like the ideas and actions of the country and I don't think it's really fair unless the whole party feels strongly about it.

How do statements like 'Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion' make you feel about the intersection of politics and personal faith?

 @9KYJDK8 from Indiana commented…2mos2MO

I think it's bogus and people should mind their own business and focus on themselves rather than others.

Being Jewish, it seems very dumb to claim that people dislike their religion based on how they vote is the worst news story ever.

He's brash but he's right

 @WeaverMartyDemocratfrom Wisconsin disagreed…2mos2MO

Uh, he's not right in the slightest.

I assume you're Jewish to speak on Judaism. As an American and a *** I for one think he's absolutely wrong. Why do you think he's right?

 @DynamicN0minati0nDemocrat from Minnesota disagreed…2mos2MO

Ummmmmmm he isn’t right.

Over 70% of the Jews in the USA vote Democrat for a reason.

Stop believing the con man.

 @R3gulationWalrusDemocratfrom Washington commented…2mos2MO

Yes please tell me and all the members of my religion, that we hate Judaism because we vote for the only party in American history to elect a Jewish Senate Majority Leader in Chuck Schumer (highest position every attained by a *** in U.S. political history), that has Jewish representation at every level of federal, state and local leadership including numerous Governors and Senators that are Jewish. The Democratic Party is also overwhelmingly the party of American Jewish voters like myself, who proudly support Joe Biden

 @DejectedCivilRightsRepublican from Pennsylvania disagreed…2mos2MO

 @SmeltTomLibertarian from California commented…2mos2MO

Well...it seems both sides will be playing the hyperbole card for the rest of the cycle.

 @BubblyChameleonDemocrat from Oklahoma disagreed…2mos2MO

Anyone who votes for Donald Trump hates America and should be ashamed of themselves

 @GleefulMonkeyDemocrat from Illinois commented…2mos2MO

Absolutely, this will be a huge topic during the Seder. And i will have videos to back up my points.

Joe Biden will not have this Jewish vote!!
