Yes because the government has a history of starting and perpetuating forever wars against the will of the people and without congressional approval, then lying about it. They have proven themselves untrustworthy.

I dont think it would change my perception of my government, because I would go along with their idea. I would think its the best for us.

If I felt that the nation shouldn't be helping another country or involve themselves in anothers affairs than I would not support their effort.
