Women should be able to decide what they do with their body

At three months in the womb, the collection of cells that form the embryo would just begin to form a fetus. The abortion would happen ideally before the formation of the fetus, and even then, the fetus only weights about an ounce or less. After three months, as the fetus begins to actually develop into a living thing, then yes it would be wrong, but during the first three months, if the mother wants to have an abortion to prevent her life from being destroyed or the fetus's future life being terrible, it is her decision.
