Other arguments against gay marriage are similarly invalid. Gay marriage does not reduce the “sanctity” or value of marriage. Gay marriage is not a slippery slope to degeneracy; gay people have and always will exist, and there are no objective moral arguments against them. Research purported to show that a child needs both a mother and a father has widely been debunked and is false from even basic common sense.
