I think that it would just be too complicated to add up every single core but I also don’t know much about the topic

The concern isn’t just population size but rather it’s centralized influence. In large cities, where one political party often controls local government and public institutions like schools, there is greater potential for ideological influence over large groups of people. This creates a risk that political power becomes concentrated not just through population, but through coordinated messaging and institutional control.

No because everyone is not equal in education on each matter but it’s not theoretical possible to categorize who should have more say.

Having one vote have less value than another is wholly corrupt and there may be better way to organize the way we vote than use the same system that is outdated and the people hate.
