In this stage of pregnancy the baby most likely does not have a heartbeat therefore the baby would not be able to be effected to getting aborted because it could not yet survive out of the womb. Especially if the mothers life is at risk the mother should have to the right to choose her life because her fetus is not ready for the world nor has had a significant purpose yet unlike its mother.
