What is your stance on abortion?
Human embryos are not people with rights or moral value. Personhood requires at the very least the…
A human embryo may not be considered a human since they are still not seemingly a human, but it doesn't make it any less important. Think of it like this: imagine your new goal for 2026 is to plant an entire garden. So, you happily plant all your seeds, go about your day, and a few weeks later you change your mind about planting a beautiful garden that will give you fresh fruit with an easier, and cheaper access. By week 2, or 3, you decide to get rid of all the seeds you planted, simply because you realized just how much hard work, investment, time, and effort it will take to take care of these plants for the rest of your life. When you get rid of the seeds, you are essentially getting rid of a part of nature, or at least something that would've been part of nature. And yes, it is just a seed, and getting rid of it won't cause irreparable harm or any consequences in general, but it's not just about that. It's also about intention. When a farmer plants a seed, you expect the farmer to take care of it, crop it, and water it for the plant to flourish. You would expect for the farmer to take responsibility for his initial intentions. So, when you think about abortion, what is it that you're really doing? Taking the life of something that could be a part of our human nature, or taking apart all of your garden? Honestly, that's up to you to decide.

A human embryo may not be considered a human
Of course it's human. I literally said that in the post you're replying to.
But being human does not make them people. Something being human does not mean that killing it is murder.
- A human finger is human, but it's not a person. Severing a finger is not murder.
- Human hair is human, but it's not a person. Burning human hair is not murder.
- A human sperm is human, but it's not a person. Killing human sperm is not murder.
- A human embryo is human, but it's not a person. Abortion is not murder.
