I agree with the stand your ground act

A citizen should have the right to self defense without criminal charge. However, violent crime rates would reach a lower percentage with a stricter gun policy. As gun violence is the highest percentage or reason behind homicide.

I believe stricter gun policy needs to be enforced in order to protect the riht of life liberty and happiness for all.

The stand your ground act allows citizens to claim self-defense in their violence towards others, even when it has been proven that the motive of the shooting was indeed not self-defense. This act allows violence to be protected under self-defense, perpetuating crimes based on one's identity.
