Just drive into Ogden city, or Downtown Salt Lake, they are everywhere, despite homeless shelters being nearby. They just keep going up in numbers and it's not slowing down; would you be happy if they just let shoplifters and drug dealers walk around your neighborhood? I doubt it, this is the same situation
