The best counter argument would be that no if you are trans in any way you do not get to play in the "new gender" you say you are sport. if you are biologicly female you play in female sports, If you are biologicly a male you play in male sports, story ended.

Male to female transgenders should absolutely not be able to participate in women sports- why is it ok for a man to claim they are a woman and it is not ok for a white person to decide to be black- it is ridiculous.

Many females can get hurt if the hormone levels aren't regulated, and allowing male to female transgender into locker rooms, should also be banned because it can cause many female athletes to feel uncomfortable. Male to female transgender people are stronger than normal women and putting them against one another can hurt the actual female. There should be a separate transgender sports so that either way nobody gets hurt.

Athletic performance is influenced by biological factors where women will never be as strong as men, therefore if you are born a male you should only be alowed to perform in mens sports, and if you are born a female you should only be allowed to perform in womens sports.

You can't change what you where born with so once you are a boy you are a boy. Same goes as if a girl. Men are also scientifcly proven to be better than women on a physcial stand point.

Whatever gender you are assigned at birth is the sex of sports you can participate in. If a girl will benefit more from being on a boys team then that's fine, but a male who is statistically stronger, should not be allowed in women's sports.

or they could just accept that they are not what they "think" they are and participate in their right gender group. if you are not good enough to perform with your born gender that you should not be performing, not everyone can be and Olympian, that's the point. they should quit taking the easy route.

Ban transgender athletes no matter what. It is unfair and obtuse to think that a person of a one gender can say they are the opposite gender and compete against that opposite gender.

I believe that it does not matter whether you are transitioning from one gender to another, you should play under the gender you are given at birth. As an athlete through my educational career, I would find it uncomfortable playing against the opposite gender especially in contact sports such as basketball. I understand there are some exceptions such as football where this is padding and if a lady wants to take the risk and play football, go for it. But, I personally would not find myself comfortable guarding the opposite sex in a basketball game.

If FTM transgender athletes choose to play a sport for the sex that they are not assigned to, that’s their fault if they want a disadvantage. But, MTF athletes should be banned from competing against Females because it is not fair whatsoever.

Males are built a lot stronger than women just genectically so it would not be fair for a woman to go up against a biological man. And also you dont hear about girls breaking mens records or making a big wave in the standings. You hear men alot more making controversial endings, wether its at the Olympics or other huge events where woman have worked their whole life for just to loose to someone who cant excel at their own biological genders sport and has to become a girl.

While hormone levels can be somewhat regulated, they don't negate all biological advantages. A trans gender women may still retain advantages due to body structure/ body mass and development in puberty. Which can make a significant difference.

What your born as should who you compete against in sports you should not get special treatment and have an advantage against other because you decided to change for the worse.
