It violates the rules of a free market. If a social Media platform is violating the Non Aggression Priceable then that is a reason to sue in the courts, however a banning of a private company sets a negative present for the free market as a whole, as well as forced sale of one.

It also allows kids to meet and talk to people from around the world - who are too far to meet irl - who share their interests or beliefs. Before social media, you were limited to people who physically lived near you, but social media gets rid of that limit, allowing kids to meet new people online and eventually meet them irl, that they would've never met if it weren't for social media.
