I agree with this statement particularly because of my religious beliefs. I do not think it is fair to athletes who are not transgender to compete against someone who may have a physical/biological advantage.

It doesn't impact anyone else unless it's payed for publicly or done before maturity so it should be allowed. In sports it should be regulated to make sure there are no advantages

Yes, I agree with this statement because it is not fair to male or female genders to go against opposite genders.

The United States is a free country, and so you should be allowed to be whoever you want to be, as long as it is within reasonable law. For example, you can identify as a millionaire without anyone being able to do anything about it, but you can't go to a bank and withdraw a million dollars if you don't have that much money in the bank. Transgenderism is the same way; while you can identify as the opposite sex, you remain the same biologically, physiologically, and metaphysically. Therefore, while you can be transgender and have the same rights as anyone, you shouldn't be given additional rights just because of that identity, including the right to participate in athletic competitions regulated to the opposite sex.
