100%, not everyone who purchases a gun has necessarily been diagnosed with any mental illness or has been convicted of a crime. Just because they haven't yet, doesn't mean that they won't eventually.

I agree. I know many people who simply do not have the resources to receive a proper diagnosis. Many people simply dont believe in going to a mental health specialist due to personal reasons. To add, just because someone has mental health issues does not mean they will kill someone and also if someone does not have a diagnosed mental health issue, it doesnt guarantee they will not harm/kill someone. Mental health issues does not equal dangerous

I agree so much, we need to get way stricter to prevent all of the shooting around different schools around the world.

I belive that the requirments to buy and own a gun should be more strict regardless of mental illnes or not.
