How do we regulate that?

What if someone is falsely accused? How do we know if someone is mentally ill without a legal diagnosis? Gun regulations don't screen these types of things. These laws need to be stricter. Children are being slaughtered in the one place they should be safe in, and the majority of those shooters are people who have been declared sane by the public, and if it's not them, it's teens, people who should have no access to these types of weapons. These laws are doing nothing, and it is truly sorrowing that America has become so desensitized to the fact that people are being slaughtered in the streets from laws and regulations that are supposed to protect us.
