Guns need to be ONLY registered to people 23, non convicted, psychologically evaluate, and trained persons

And after those terms are reached only hand guns, shot guns and rifles be able to operate for said citizens. Ban use of all military grade weapons on state level.

I agree with the comment that guns should be very controlled because they are a deadly weapon. I would add a mandatory check every five years, though, to make sure that the person with the gun still has the right training and is psychologically sane.

I think that the age for guns should be raised to 25, when the brain is fully developed. I think that there should be further background checks on weapons and they should be controlled more throughly

I think if somebody has the proper training and everything that is necessary, there should't be a certain age.
