Capitalism isn’t a fair game, this stance lacks any recognition of historical inequalities and current socio-economic effects that lead to cyclical homelessness.

I disagree, I believe if those who deny it can be left alone. But those who are willing to change should take the chance.

If we look at Finland we can see how their "housing first" approach which gives permant housing not as a reward for rehabilitation from homelessness but as a first step of sorts. Also many people who are homeless are there through a loss of a job, hightening rent, or natural disasters. These people oftentimes don't have the financial support to get back on their feet, especially because the system is so harsh to homeless people. Many of the events mentioned above can also strike anyone at any time and cause them to be homeless. even then helping homeless people is a cheaper option then being agressive and hostile towards them.

People make mistakes, you have made mistakes, completely turning our backs to civilians is terrible.
